I relocated to this captivating region 30 years ago, when Wilmington was still relatively small. Mayfair was merely a vast expanse of horse pastures and the area by Costco on Market Street was once home to a huge bustling produce stand. Throughout all the growth and transformations, I have been here and have acquired a deep familiarity with this area and its surrounding counties, which enables me to effectively assist you in finding your ideal home.

How did I end up in Wilmington, NC? Following a severe snowstorm in 1993, my mother made a vow that it would be our last winter there. True to her word, it indeed was our final winter, and I have not witnessed another winter storm since. We moved to Carolina Beach in September of that year and have been living in coastal North Carolina ever since.

Prior to commencing my career in real estate, I dedicated over a decade to serving as a mail carrier in Brunswick County, situated just across the river. During my tenure there, Leland experienced rapid growth, expanding from a small town to a bustling community with numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and retail establishments. Additionally, the town now hosts charming breweries that host various events, further enriching the community. The Leland area is where my family and I reside and we love it.
